There are also a range of amenities, shops, cafes, and restaurants in Blairgowrie which is a 15 minute drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is positioned on a sporting estate where there are a mixture of self-catering and employee properties. The property is positioned around 600m from a very fast flowing river and is also surrounded by fields which will be home to farm animals at various times throughout the year. **PLEASE ENSURE CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS.**
