We stayed here for two nights between Christmas and NY whilst visiting family in the area. It’s such a beautiful guest house. The owners have decorated to immaculate standard. The breakfast was amazing. Our two year old was welcomed and they gave him a little present. I had read the excellent reviews before but our stay exceeded our expectations. We will return!

Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of options. The owners will recommend local places to eat, and during breakfast...

Great breakfast, rooms were comfortable, staff were all very nice and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

This hotel was so cute and quant. We loved the town and beautiful countryside as well as our walk down to the river. Very cute room also.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, with great quality and plenty of choices. We stayed here specifically to visit the Enchanted Forest, and the location was perfect! It’s within walking distance of the bus stop for the event, which made everything incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to Colum, who was incredibly helpful, super nice, and went above and beyond to make...

Just perfect! Idyllic location and setting. Hostess was attentive and caring. Breakfast was spot on!!! Exceptional stay.

This was our very favorite stay of our entire Scotland trip. Helen and Tim have created something really special at Gulabin Lodge. We loved the proximity to hiking and the amazing facilities. It was such a good experience that we will be booking here again the next time we visit.

Beautiful location with clean comfortable rooms. The food at the restaurant was great. Parking is in a paid lot across the road, which can be a little nerve racking due to the traffic.

The food was fantastic and the service was great. It is in the middle of nowhere but that is what we were after

Hosts were great….the other guests who congregated outside our room to LOUDLY FaceTime at 11:00 PM were not!

Loved the large room I had and the king bed was so comfortable I slept well. There is an elevator but also stairs so lugging baggage is challenging. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

This was a great and affordable cabin and it was in an awesome, quiet area just south of the caringorms national Park. The owner is a real gentleman and the tavern he runs has amazing steak pies. Would stay again
