Got a nice balcony view right over the street which was a bonus (thick curtains to cover the balcony doors and windows to keep anyone from seeing inside). 「The breakfast was amazing. The evening reception was a great benefit. Our room was very clean and nice. Staff was always great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. During our first night we put food in the minifridge in the room and the next day everything was frozen. We found that the whole fridge was iced over. We called the front desk and within and hour the fridge was replaced. 」
「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable!
We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away.
The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」
