Overall the hotel was lovely and staff were great. They made up our room when I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday upon booking!
The only downside was that the pillows were quite annoying as they weren’t the standard shape and different sizes.
There wasn’t any aircon and one night was quite warm so I did have to open the window, which was slightly noisy due to some sort of machine outside.

"A nice hotel for what I needed, great communication from the hotel for my arrival. If anything the room was a bit dark and could do with adding another standing lamp just to give a bit more light. Great underground parking which is safe and convenient"
