I’ll give it a three out of five

Check-in was very easy and it was OK the only downfall to the place if it needs new carpet he’s looking very tired and need some money spending on it other than that it was a clean nice day

Shocking wouldn’t stay again

Got there and parking was full to say there was only three rooms were being used in the hotel. Owner greeted us and told us not to park at hotel as they’re reserved. Got up to room where it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last stay. Carpet filthy, room a mess, bed broken Went on night out and came back 3am to find we couldn’t get in door. Eventually got in but next morning hotelier seemed annoyed with us for coming in late. For price we paid for two nights we’d expect not a broken bed and a pleasant owner Looked outside for view of the sea this was of the rubbish dump area of the hotel

No hot water for shower, despite leaving it to run for a while as a sign recommended. Very cold in one of the three rooms we had, and one room had some mould.

When we arrived there was beds in the bar area didn't think anything off it at the time we checked into the room and got a shock there was paint on radiator the bed sofa didn't go down i had to ask him for bedding the owner then chucked me 2 pillows off a sofa a shhet and a mattress topper to sleep with i was fuming at that point he said ill get you a puilt for when you get back when we got back to the hotel no sign off him i had to sleep with what he gave me i was freezing then to find out tv didn't work not much toilet roll nothing had been topped up at all

1 nights stay.

We arrived to check in, bit of chaos as there system was down and they had no records of ours and others booking. Quickly sorted out. Our room was spacious but very dated. It wasnt very clean, lots of dust and quite lot of bits behind the sofa. Clearly they hadn't vacuumed behind there for quite some time. There was no towels in the room, I asked the man at reception about this and he said his manger was collecting them. None arrived and we ended up buying a tea towel to dry our hand on. I asked for a WiFi code and again he told me it wasn't working. On the plus side, the bed was very comfy and the room was warm. Also it was a good price. This could be a good hotel with better cleaning routines and more organisation.

Avoid- Not like any of the pictures.

Very upset with the booking we made here. We arrived to an absolute disappointment and horror at the poor state of this hotel. Rooms unsafe and not clean. Windows don’t shut so it’s freezing, electric don’t work, beds have not been cleaned in a long time, broken mirrors. Not family friendly and not disability friendly. Staff refused my refund for 3 rooms so now I’m having to fight for my money back. We obviously did not stay here. We ended up paying double to stay somewhere else. This hotel needs to be reported to environmental health.

was not clean at all still had socks and water bottles and stuff from the last people who stayed left over. bed was the most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever slept in. you could feel the springs through the bed

Extremely disappointing

I've stayed here several times before & had no problem but this time was so disappointing. On arriving, the staff didnt know which rooms myself and the couple in front of me were in, their computer aystem took around 15 minutes to fire up but eventually we were given our keys. Upon entering room 37 i quickly realised i couldnt stay there as there was a soaking wet bathroom floor & dripping shower, mould in the shower, no bulbs in the lamps, an open window that wouldnt close, dirt and rubbish on the carpet and 1 sachet of coffee next to the kettle with no milk etc and no towels. I complained to the two fellas who opened up for us and, to be fair to them, they sorted me a different room which didnt have a sea view (The other one did, i paid extra for it) which was warmer and comfy with all the things i needed. However, again there were no towels (I was told they were on their way) and, in any case, despite me running the hot water on the shower for TWENTY-FIVE minutes , no hot water appeared. The sign on the door at the top of the stairs said that we should allow 5 minutes for hot water. There was a bag of rubbish at the top of the stairs that was still there the next morning, and the Wifi didnt work. Ill be interested in why i wasnt offered a refund OR ill be interested to see what i am offered next time i stay. Yes, its cheap, but my room was advertised with private bathroom and sea view with tea and coffee facilities and i ended up in a different room wirh no hot water

Very dissatisfying we didn’t get any towels in the two nights we was there after being promised we would, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the bed was small and the mattress was just springs, I slept in the car the second night as I couldn’t sleep in the bed. Overall it was a really bad experience

Poor stay

We was so looking forward to this 1st hoonymoon away but no towels electricity tripping fire alarms going off no clean sheets painting falling off no coffee and tea replacement no bins emptied

Biggest Dump Ever

I’ve stayed in many basic hotels before, but this one has to be the most dirtiest, depressing and biggest dump of a hotel that I have ever stayed in! FILTHY. Stained bedding, filthy bathroom. No towels until 16.00 on the SECOND day! Fire alarm kept going off in the morning. Whole place smells. I understand that I didn’t pay a lot, so agree that things can be “basic” but should be clean. The only positive about the hotel was it had good quality loo roll, but I suppose you need this when not having any towels for the first 24 hours! I’ve stayed here, so that you don’t have too! Hotel President just down the road is basic but is clean, and I’ll definitely be going back there to stay! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Cheap nothing special very small room dirty power sockets not all working front of drawer coming off loose door handles ear wax stuck to the wall sink plug stuck in however still had a good sleep.BUT WON'T BE STAYING EVER AGAIN!

I inspected the room and then left. The reviews were indeed correct regarding bed bugs. To my surprise the place had not been hovered in weeks. The dust was terrible and bathroom was smelly. It cost me £200 to book another hotel. I am still waiting Expedia providing a refund. Avoid if I were you
