The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave home neat and Tidy. Pile towels in the bathroom, pile sheets and pillowcases in the laundry room. Pile blankets on the floor in the rooms they were in.
Please put everything back the way you got it, pictures are provided, this includes ping pong, checkers, and Jenga etc.....
Pick up all your trash inside and out and throw it away in the trash can please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Everyone who comes in the home must be registered or have permission from owner. All the rules in the home and the house manual must be followed.
If all the beds are used it's a $500 cleaning fee minimum. Home must be returned neat and Tidy. Rules of the home is in the house manual.
Children and animals must be accompanied at all times, no unsupervised children especially outside.
