"Awesome breakfast selection. Dinner was a bit disappointing, as there was a function happening, and dinner was on a limited time frame. Apart from that, great view of the river, good atmosphere and really friendly staff. The wooden key card was a nice touch."

"Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising."

"We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. The room had a full kitchen with everything you need, good bathroom with a double shower, large & comfortable bed and the 2 person spa bath. Would definitely recommend. We also went for Dinner at the Montville Cafe & Grill as recommended by the host as they have a courtesy van and we would absolutely recommend nice to have place with mulled wine where you can sit outside."

"Room was nicely renovated apart from the bathroom but everything was good for the price. Communication regarding check in was excellent. Highway noise was noticeable through the night. A good budget option."

"We did not need internet as we had own mobile data. We did a test on the provided internet and was very slow. I would hate to think that John and Cath are paying good money for a very slow internet service. They were the best hosts by far and deserve a much better internet service than what they are getting now."
