Beautiful view overlooking UTV rentals, waterpark, restaurant, and bar. Property has two levels (with kitchen on each) and a loft. Rental can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. 2 Great Rooms provide space for both entertaining during the day and sleeping at night. Fire ring in back.

Spacious housing
This was an amazing place to stay for the weekend as it is close to a water park. It was very spacious with three floors. 13 people were able to fit comfortably and have a great time. Property manager was very good and fast with responding to us as well! One thing I would say that there are no Wi-Fi but that wasn’t a big deal at all

Great memories were made (just a few "bumps in the road")!
PROS: Lower level is well insulated from noise above; Well-equipped kitchens; Good showers - plenty of hot water for 16 people; Easy, flexible check-in; Nice sized dryer - worked well; Plenty of extra pillows; Great fire ring in backyard; Nice decks. CONS: Backyard had more weeds than grass, but was cut well. Also, steep drop-off without a fence in backyard was hazardous for small children; No WiFi was a challenge for those needing to access email for work; Broken washing machine was disappointing; Only12 towels were provided for 16 people, but fortunately I learned this ahead of time and asked for 4 more, which the owner graciously provided; Inadequate sleeping for 16 people - enough for 14 at best - the two futons were very small and could only sleep 1 person each; glad we brought a large air mattress for 2 people; Sheets provided for the futons were only two fitted sheets - no top sheets.

Nice stay with a few hiccups
The location is great! The surrounding amenities are awesome. The property manager is easy to work with and promptly responds to messages. Overall our stay was enjoyable but we did have a few concerns that put a damper on our stay. The ants were OUT OF CONTROL and the cabin should be sprayed regularly to keep them out. It was really unbelievable. We booked a stay for 14 people but were given 12 towels….that was challenging and the washing machine was also not working (a real inconvenience on a 5 night stay) which made the towel situation even more challenging. There was also a rain storm one night which brought water seeping rapidly through the walls of the two upstairs bedrooms…..huge puddles of water formed on the bedroom floors wetting, among other belongings, a fabric briefcase with a laptop inside! We ended up attempting to soak up the water with the extra bed sheets provided since using towels was obviously not an option. Sounds like the water coming through the walls was not a first occurrence…..I think that should be fixed or at least a heads up given to avoid damage to property sitting on the floor in the bedrooms. There is also no wifi in this cabin…..and with 4 teenage kids and adults that need to stay connected to work….that was challenging. Hopefully you have Verizon as your carrier and a hotspot available because that was our only way to get connected to our emails! The 4 parking spaces was great! The ease of access was good.

Super fun family vacation!
We had a great time, the house was great for our set up. We could sneak away to the basement apartment when all the kids went to sleep. It had everything we needed and was a short walk or drive to waterparks. We’re looking forward to next year!

Was exactly as advertised. Had 1 minor complication with the plumbing, but the property owner addressed it immediately. Had a great time with the family all together in one location.

Great Location to ride the UTV Trail and the Cabin was perfect for 4 couples - Plenty of room - we can't wait to go again !
