The ambience of the place is really lovely. Plenty of nice walks around. Near to the river and lots of great restaurants. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. 「We really loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is so historic and beautiful! Our room was clean, spacious, and had cold air conditioning! The housekeeping service was excellent. The front desk staff were so helpful to us and we appreciated them very much. We did not eat at the hotel but walked to several very good restaurants and cafes. 「確認したいことがありホテルに連絡をすることが何度かあったのですが、迅速な対応(英語で)をして下さり安心して向かうことができました。子供のオモチャを直すためドライバーをお借りしたのですが、その際も気持ち良く対応して下さいました。ホテルからはベナック城やカステルノー城が見え、また、夜には満点の星を見ることができ、最高の景色でした。また利用させていただきたいホテルです。レストランやスーパーは近くにないためご注意下さい。」
