The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. "The beach view from the balcony was breath taking- good size balcony with a table and 4 chairs. The room had a great kitchen- made the stay very comfortable. We were able to sleep well- bedding nice and no noise that was disruptive. There’s lots of space with the table and couch in first room as you enter. AC worked great and it was nice having 2 TVs- 1 in bedroom and 1 in front room. Cleaning staff did a great job- liked the linens. The pools were really nice along with bars and restaurant on site. The property as a whole was very well maintained. The one down side was the dated bathroom- the shower was difficult to get in and out of as it was located in the jacuzzi tub. The shower head provided very light water pressure. The toilet worked well but was unstable- moved when you got on and off it. We stayed here last year as well and had same issue. But overall a great stay!"

"This is a really cool place. When you walk in you are greeted by tropical birds, a koi pond, a little restaurant, and an indoor pool with two hot tubs. The back exits directly to the beach. There is a small arcade above the pool but it was locked two out of the three times we tried to check it out. The balcony views of the ocean from our room were great. The bottom floor has direct exits from their back decks. Other rooms have balconies that are inside overlooking the indoor pool. (There is another pool outside). Overall I think this is a really cool hotel. However, I think the housekeeping can be better. They brought us new towels twice over our 6 days, and one of those times was an hour before checking out. And 2 of our days we had the privacy sign up but the other days housekeeping did not come clean the room at all. The shower was the worst part of the stay. Every ~30 seconds the water would switch from warm to ice cold and vice versa. This happened EVERY time any of us showered. A woman in the elevator told me her AC wasn’t working in her room. This was our 2nd time here and we do like it, our kids enjoyed it too, but some improvements could be made."
