so the property owners need to be more thoughtful, but the room was refurbished, and we were very comfortable. would happily stay again. simple stuff owners you need to address... you redid the rooms but office is very bad and first impression. remodeled sign, up front is crooked which also sends a bad signal. roof redone but left over roof pieces left in driveway. crazy cause room was actually great.
Room was generally clean, parking somewhat limited

The staff were very nice, but the room facilities were old. My room had a shared connecting door with the adjacent room, and I wasn’t able to lock it from my side, which raised safety concerns. Fortunately, it was a quiet night.

NICE PLACE!
I recommend this motel...some rooms are under renovation, but my room was nice! Lobby is under renovation, so don't let it scare you!
A shabby motel which itself doesn't offer much, but is within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, in case you need to spend a night in Bishop when travelling through.
I’m glad I didn’t listen to all the negative reviews. These people need to pay up and stay at 4/5 star hotels.
The room was extremely clean. No issues whatsoever. I was allowed to checking early and given extra time to checkout.
I would stay again and again for my fly fishing trips.
Oh, the TV was great. Had many channels (like TBS for watching Dodgers playoff)

We always stay here when we are in Bishop. The rooms are clean and price is reasonable. In town and walking distance to pretty much anywhere.
Just what the doctor ordered. Easy check in, clean room. Despite the property not being in the best shape, this motel suited our needs quite nicely. It is our 2nd visit and will come back!
