The Bisbee Brownstone was truly great. Immaculate, pristine which is huge to me, the bed linens were of high quality as were the towels (which we had plenty of). The decor was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware. The hotel guest only roof top patio was an added luxury. I look forward to returning!

The charm of a 120 year old building coupled with the modern amenities was really wonderful. I give our stay an “11” because of the smooth communication and the little amenities from the owner-above and beyond anywhere we’ve stayed!

Check in was easy and communicative via phone texts and emails. The building and rooms are amazingly renovated and decorated. You can tell that the smallest tiny details for a comfortable stay are not overlooked, and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

Multiple stays at this property to date. Booked through orbitz , communication from the property management was quick, friendly with easy to follow check in instructions. Customer service on point coupled with a charming property that has updates amenities blended with old world charm.
