The modern Bauhaus architecture of the newly built Villa VOGUE (completed in January 2018) not only exudes timeless elegance but has also been among the PREMIUMDOMIZILEN in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz since 2018. - In a prime location, it stands directly on the beach promenade, just 20 meters from the fine sandy beach.

Our apartment, “Greta’s Beach Home,” offers luxury, elegance, and design. It is located on the 2nd floor of the elegant Bauhaus-style “Villa Vogue.” A special highlight—its own SAUNA—and, in addition to the exquisite location, of course, the unique side view of the sea.

Bathroom with a large bathtub, a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a large vanity for two people, a separate toilet, and an utility room. Private sauna in the apartment—use included; please bring your own bathrobe or sauna towel (not provided).

As soon as you step outside the building, you’re right in the heart of the equally elegant Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Restaurants ranging from traditional to gourmet, bars, cafés, boutiques, the Kurplatz with a stage—and there’s even a supermarket right around the corner with a bakery—perfect.
