To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Overall, t is a good property but very disappointed to learn that they did not have laundry resources on property. They have se a laundry service that is not available on the weekends (our stay was over the weekend) and the room was very warm. They were able to provide a fan that helped a lot. The property was very clean and in a good location.

For the price we paid to be close to the airport and with small children this stay really disappointed in many ways. Firstly, the pool is closed currently for maintenance and we really wanted use of it for our last day. Secondly, we booked a family room and instead were given two separate rooms which was fine. However all night right above us there was banging and moving furniture and we did not sleep at all before a 12 hour travel day. We were really disappointed and believe the hotel should have done something to compensate for all of these issues.
