This is place where one goes to rest and relax and meditate. Please be aware this place is not near any major tourist attraction. The place and location is amazing, staff very friendly and a great place if one wants to rest and contemplate.

Nestled in the Atlas Mountains and away from the bustle of city life, this resort offers breath taking views of lake Bin El Ouidane and the small villages that surround the area, the road that leads to the hotel has the feel of the Italian coastline with a Moroccan touch, the staff is super friendly and are quick to respond to any request with top notch quality of service and appreciation, this resort offers too beautiful pools, a great restaurant and activities relating to the lake like kayaking and boating, the area offers plenty of hiking trails for the outdoor enthusiasts. I would highly recommend getting a suite with lake view as it will take your breath away. I had to leave a day before my supposed departure and the desk staff was very accommodating and refunded the day I didn’t stay, top notch.

Bel hôtel, eau petit déjeuner, pas surpeuplé et très belles piscines avec vue. les prix des restaurants sont en revanche très (trop) élevés pour la qualité servie. Vous trouverez des plats de bien meilleures factures dans le village, à condition d’oser s’y aventurer. Compliqué sans voiture car pas de taxi dans la zone.

The facility is to a very high standard, but it is simply shambolic in terms of how it is managed. Check in was a farce where we ended up waiting over an hour in the corner, the Wi-Fi did not work, the air conditioning failed and the staff did not seem to care. To be fair things did improve when the manager became involved, and the dinner was lovely, but be prepared for issues.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Haben ein ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen( Blick auf den See) und späterer Checkout war kostenfrei und problemlos möglich. Das einzigste was verbessert werden kann:Es Stehen viele Getränke/Essen auf der Karte die nicht vorhanden sind, dies sollte nicht vorkommen.

L’hôtel exceptionnel bien situé les repas sont très délicieux et le personnel est d’une gentillesse et courtoisie sans commune mesure. Le lieu est proche d’un paradis avec le lac en face de l’hôtel. Vraiment magnifique

Simplement WOW
Très belle site. L hôtel nous a offert un up grade pour une chambre avec vue de l eau. Vue incroyable du lac et les montagnes. Chambre spacieuse et élégante. Très très grand lit. Excellent souper au restaurant de l hôtel. Je recommande fortement.

Magnifique
Un hôtel magnifique. Propre clean, accueil irréprochable,une chambre superbe,( nous avons été surpris d'être surclassé avec vue sur le lac),un lit immense, couchage digne d'un 5 étoiles, navette pour monter cette belle côte avec le sourire et la gentillesse. Un petit bémol du premier jour les couloirs et le magnifique grand hall n'était pas climatisé ainsi que la salle du petit déjeuner. Mais tout cela a été rectifié le lendemain. Autre petit bémol le service d'étage qui a mis 1 h pour me monter du sucre. Sortie de ce soucis qui n'en est pas forcément un, très très très agréablement surpris. Et même les 2 piscines que j'ai utilisé....(la 3eme est couverte) Que dire du chef ....ben rien ( ma femme est chef aussi) et elle a adoré... Voilà mon retour....en espérant vous donner envie d'y aller Merci au grand barbue dont j'ai oublié le nom pour son professionnalisme soucieux du moindre détail. Merci a vous et croyez moi je reviendrai.

j'ai apprécier la qualité de l'accueil, la chambre de façon générale (propreté, décoration, literie service de chambre ). Je les remercie encore mille fois pour le gâteaux d'anniversaire de ma femme. malheureusement il reste encore des points d'amélioration en thermes de services 5* malgré la sympathie du personnel qui est plein de bonne volonté. - Exemple la piscine et dépourvu de service bar par contre le plagiste très professionnel. - L'approvisionnement en produit basic telle que le beurre du petit déjeunée impensable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Malgré tout je pense repartir dans cette établissement qui m'a laisser de bon souvenirs en famille et je suis sur que les petits détails seront gommer. Mr FEDOUACH Saïd
