The apartment is located in a country house in the Baumbergen, about 1 km from Billerbeck’s old town. It’s in a quiet spot on the first floor, surrounded by nature and a large garden. Highlights include the spacious kitchen and the cozy sauna in the converted construction trailer. The historic old town, with its half-timbered houses and cathedral, is perfect for strolling. The Münsterland region, known for its moated castles, offers first-class bike paths. Münster is only 20 minutes away—ideal for unwinding in the tranquility of the countryside. Perfect for nature lovers.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic country house and offers you two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a spacious living-dining area with an adjoining open kitchen—ideal for cooking and relaxing together.
One of the bedrooms (with a 1.40 x 2.0 m bed) is wheelchair accessible; the second (with a 1.80 x 2.0 m bed) is reached via a small staircase and offers additional privacy.
In front of the apartment is the charming fireplace room, which serves as a shared entryway for you and the residents of the upper floor.
A real highlight is the sauna in the lovingly designed construction trailer in the garden. From the living-dining area, you have direct access to the terrace and the spacious, green garden, which offers a magnificent view of the open landscape and provides stunning sunsets on many evenings.
Although the garden is occasionally used by other tenants, we’ve positioned the sauna so that you have a secluded, private area—ideal for relaxing in soothing solitude after a sauna session and enjoying the tranquility under the open sky.
Guest Access
During your stay, the apartment, the terrace with the adjoining garden, and the sauna are all at your disposal. One day in the sauna is already included in the price. For additional days in the sauna, you’re welcome to use it on a donation basis—as a guideline, we recommend €20 per additional day.
The charming, historic fireplace room—along with the residents of the upper floor—welcomes you as a shared entry area and, with its special atmosphere, ensures a warm, inviting start to your stay. Please note that the fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons.
E-bike rental:
Since the Münsterland region is ideal for cycling, we’ll also be making two e-bikes available to our guests starting in June 2026. We have one men’s bike and one women’s bike, including a child seat. If you’re interested, please feel free to ask us about it.
