スタッフフレンドリーで良い!街の情報的確。部屋が少し狭い。食事のエリアまでは１マイル程、地下鉄で移動。地元の地下鉄を利用するのも旅の楽しみだが帰りは酔っぱらいなので少し辛い(笑)

フロントの方が皆さんとても親切だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、必要最低限のものは揃っていて、快適な滞在ができた。 ロケーションも中心地からは少し離れてるが、トラムやバス、電車の駅が近くまったく不便に感じなかった。バスターミナルへも徒歩7分ほどだった。また利用したい。

ビルバオから移動する高速バスセンターから歩いて５分と、とても便利です。サンセバスチャンへ行くにも、早朝の出発にもまったくストレスがありませんでした。近くにおいしいパン屋さん、コインランドリー、地元の人たちが利用するバルなどが点々とあり、食事は観光地化されておらず安くておいしかったです。宿泊料金もさほど高くなくオススメです。

Das Hotel ist vom Busbahnhof aus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen und liegt mitten in der Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sauber, Zimmer zwar klein und recht sparsam eingerichtet, aber zum schlafen Ales prima. einziger Nachteil: Frühstück war etwas arm, kein Stück Gemüse, sind nur Orange oder Apfel und auch sonst recht sparsam.... aber gut. für das Geld und 1 Nacht eigentlich sehr gut.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist top, sehr gut angebunden im öffentlichen Nahverkehr.Alles auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass die Toilette mit im Zimmer integriert war und sich auch kein Fenster öffnen ließ.Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Creo que cuando se alojan excursiones en el hotel, no deberían,en lo posible compartir la misma planta con el resto de viajeros. Jaleo y problemas para el descanso por esto.

A good hotel, we only stayed for one night so it didn’t affect us too much but the room was quite small with no hot drink facilities, we did make use of the machine down in the lobby however. Overall a good cheap hotel with friendly staff and well located in Bilbao

Onze kamer in dit hotel was erg onpraktisch. Douche, toilet en wasbak zijn verspreid over 3 verschillende ruimtes. De wasbak staat midden in de kamer wat erg oncomfortabel is. Dit hotel zou een hogere beoordeling krijgen als het scherpere prijzen hanteerde. Het ligt dicht in de buurt van het busstation en stadion maar er is verder weinig in de buurt. De andere kant van de stad biedt veel meer.

This property is clean, but the rooms are very small. However, you pay for what you get. It is cheaper than other "normal" hotels. Except for the smallness of the room, everything else is good.

Super bien, el hotel en general es bueno. Lo mejor: ubicación genial, atención de la gente es excelente. Lo mejorable: la distribución de la habitación es muy rara, la ducha da directamente a la cama y el aseo no tiene puerta completa lo cual es como tener el aseo abierto en la habitación. Sin embargo, para un par de noches puedes vivir con ello.

Habitaciones muy muy pequeñas, lavabo pegado a la cama, sin sitio para las maletas, camas minúsculas e inestables .La recepción muy mala, el recepcionista mal educado y no se enteraba de nada, no supo asignar las habitaciones y estaban equivocadas por lo que no nos las limpiaron. Las toallas ridículas y las almohadas peor todavia.

Das Ibis Budget ist insgesamt ein tolles Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist eher einfach gehalten aber auch innovativ gestaltet. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Stadion Besuche zum San Mames. Aber auch andere typische Stadtattraktionen sind schnell und einfach entweder direkt zu Fuss aber auch mit Bus und Metro gut zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr passend für einen 4-tägigen Kurzurlaub in Bilbao. Von dort aus konnte man alles erreichen 7min zu Fuß zur Metro. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Ein Frühstück oder Parkplatz hatten wir nicht gebucht. Das Zimmer selbst jedoch war etwas klein für 2 Personen. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank und die Dusche, Waschbecken waren mitten im Zimmer. Aber es war alles sehr sauber. Insgesamt es hat super gepasst für den Preis.
