「This was such a cozy retreat for us. A glimpse back in time. Wonderful hosts with good communication. House was very clean and interesting. Beds comfortable and lots of blankets and linens. We just needed some extra sleeping space for our near by family Thanksgiving, but we ended up getting so much more!」

「We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! 」

「This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. 」

「We stayed here as my son was getting married. It accommodated our entire family. It was clean and the owner stayed in touch with us the entire trip to make sure we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and conveniently located to Kingsport downtown area. We plan on staying again if we are ever in the area. 」

「We came in to town for Thanksgiving. We generally stay with family but wanted our own place this time around. The pictures were spot on. It is a large home and has plenty of space to spread out if needed. The beds were cozy. We spent our evenings watching tv in the living room with the fireplace on. Pretty close to everything. Quiet little neighborhood.」

「What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. 「Cozy, clean, comfortable. Peaceful and serene country home. It is well looked after and you can feel the peace soon as you walk in. Here for a family reunion & it was so nice to come back to this home at the end of each day to re-charge and refresh.」
