They seem to be updating rooms, mine was pristine. Clean hotel all around. 0 signs of mold or bugs as other reviewers have mentioned. Room service was at my door within 15 minutes of ordering. Friendly staff. Great time all around.

The Brown Hotel is simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. You feel like you've transported back in time to a classier era. And the fact that it is so elegant and beautiful leaves you fully stunned that it is a rather affordable place to stay. This was my second stay at the Brown and surely not my last. The quality of the room, the food, the drinks, and the location are as good as you can get in Louisville.
