When you stay in this modern California retreat you have the entire home to yourself. You will have access to all of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. You will be given convenient and secure access, and you’ll have space to park 4 vehicles.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires us to verify guests ID and requires guests to sign the good neighbor brochure before we can give access to the property. We will send you the good neighbor brochure when you book, it's super quick and convenient to fill out– we just want to make sure our guests know in advance :)

We can occasionally offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on the bookings ahead of and after your stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know at least a day in advance.

Please be aware that the driveway is steep and may be challenging for some vehicles, especially in winter months or during inclement weather.

We offer high-speed internet with speeds of 1Gbps for your convenience.

We also offer a dishwashing service for $20 + $1/item.
