As you step into Ballentine Lake Lodge, prepare to be swept away by the sheer magnificence of this one of a kind property. Here you'll discover luxury and relaxation that blend seamlessly to create a lifestyle that you have only dreamed of.

What you can expect:

Kitchen and Dining Room Space: Discover your inner chef and get inspired in our brand new kitchen featuring a breakfast bar so you can visit with friends and family while you cook up a storm. Featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove, filtered water, and instant hot water, this chef-ready fully equipped kitchen is ready for your imagination to run wild.

Tucked in between the kitchen and game room you will find the thoughtfully curated dining space featuring lake views. Break bread and set the mood with the dimming antler chandelier while indulging in homemade culinary delights.

Living Room: After a long day on the lake, step into our cozy living room, where the large sectional sofa smothered in pillows and blankets awaits. Warm up by the wood burning fireplace and kick back and relax while you stream one of your favorite shows on our Smart TV.

Master Bedroom: Step into a cloud of comfort as you enter the Master bedroom featuring a King Bed with an en-suite bathroom including a custom stone shower, single vanity, and toilet. Pack like royalty! There is enough room with the large closet and dresser that allow guests to unpack and settle in.

Second Bedroom: Prepare for a peaceful night's rest in the spacious and comfy second bedroom featuring a King size bed, Smart TV, custom built-in dresser, and full closet and is located conveniently across the hall from the guest bathroom.

Third Bedroom: Head to the third bedroom featuring a queen Bed, dresser, closet, and mirror for the ultimate stay. Enjoy waking up slowly and listening to the birds while you rise and shine as you take in the fresh mountain air.

Fourth Bedroom: Keep your cubs rested and entertained in the bunk room! Featuring two bunk beds, each made up of one full bed on bottom and one twin bed on top, plus a new queen sleeper sofa this room fits adults or kids with ease. Get competitive over a board game or two or stream one of your favorite shows on our Smart TV. Set back from the bedrooms this room allows you to stay up and have fun while the rest of the house can stay quiet.

Outdoor Space: Immerse yourself in a dreamy lakefront outdoor space that promises relaxation and fun. Nestled amidst breathtaking views of the lake and trees, our outdoor haven is designed to offer you the perfect escape. All of this features a fire pit with seating for 8, 4 sun lounge chairs plus an umbrella, a sandy beach in which to play, picnic tables for 24, and two separate outdoor couch and coffee table sets to sit and enjoy yourself, all while overlooking the best views of the cove! While cherishing unobscured lakefront views, relax and unwind or grill up your favorite meal on the gas propane BBQ. Did we mention that the backyard is set on a half acre backyard that includes multiple seating options to dine al fresco? Grab a cocktail and end the day watching the sun go down over the lake in the many outdoor spaces at this amazing one-of-a-kind lakefront dream. Private dock available upon request!

Parking Instruction: Please park in the left or right driveway, do not pull into the open area in the front of the house where the tree is, that is not a safe space. There is a small drop directly in front of the house that is a hazard for parking.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(12) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.

(13) The Mountain community area does not have air conditioning, and the availability of fans may vary depending on the property description. High temperatures or heat will not be grounds for a refund, as many cabins do not include air conditioning unless specifically stated.
