Clean cabin

The check in and out process was quick and simple, which was great during this crazy time. I had two minor issues though. The beds were pretty hard, we didn't sleep very well. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. During 85 degree weather the fan not working was not ideal. Even with those issues I would still rent this cabin again. It was clean, had a video game machine that my kids loved, and also had the necessary kitchen equipment that we needed.

Cool cabin (cub paws)

It wasn't great but it was ok, but I can’t tell it was super clean ,The carpet and furniture were not clean we used sheets to cover so we can use. The bathroom was very dirty. I called and two people came very quickly and cleaned it, but still there didn’t have shoe covers so all the dirt came in with the snow and rain because the driveway was snow and water ,and next the neighbors They called at 8:00 p.m. They said if you could be quiet in the yard, but we were just making snowballs quietly and I can say that our little one was crying for about maybe 5 minutes but still it’s big bear and it’s rental place and everyone knows, 8 isn’t the quiet time usually quite time is 10pm to 7 am, But overall we had great time all together. And I loved the texting part from cool cabin.

1ST Trip to Big Bear

It was ok. Internet kept going in and out and the listing said there was multiple apps to watch but Netflix and Disney were the only ones. Neighbors to the left of cabin were very loud arguing throughout the night which made us leave a night earlier than supposed to too avoid any drama.

Cute little place

The property had everything we needed for our family of four. Had fun with the arcade game and watching movies by the fire. Only suggestion would be a sturdier couch and bigger bath towels. But it didn't hinder our vacation.

Big Bear fun 🐻

We enjoyed this cute little cabin. Great location. Entire family had fun with the video game table. Nice place to relax and warm up by the fire 🔥 🐻❄️
