Room was great! The animation staff was excellent and so was the reception. Bar staff need some training in engaging. It is an okay property with limited choices in buffet with repetitive menu.

Even though my reservation was missing as I wasn't on system. The receptionist staff were very helpful and she managed to get me a room.the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Very happy with a service. Big thank you to hotel menara staff
