Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa.

Really dissapointed in the stay. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed for refurbishment - but no prior notice of this was sent. Had we known we would have booked another hotel. Food was overpriced for the quality. Bed was hard and pillows too soft. Will not stay again.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Es gibt leider keine größeren Zimmer als die Deluxe Zimmer. Und die liegen im hinteren Anbau Valentin, von dem man auf den Innenhof schaut, der nicht gerade schön aussieht. Außerdem hört man dort ab morgens 7 Uhr im 15min Abstand die Kirchenglocken und die Wege sind sehr lang. Schade das es im vorderen ruhigeren Teil des Hotels mit schönerer Aussicht, nur kleine Standardzimmer gibt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll fanden wir, dass wir beliebig oft und lang die Therme über den Bademantelgang nutzen konnten. Das Wasser war überall schön warm und hat sehr gut getan. Allerdings war es, wahrscheinlich wegen der Ferien, sehr voll und die Familien mit Kindern hielten sich nicht nur im Familienbad, sondern auch in den anderen Becken auf. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns trotzdem gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen. Dann allerdings wochentags außerhalb der Ferien und in ein ruhigeres Zimmer im vorderen Bereich, von dem aus auch die Wege nicht so lang sind. Auch wenn wir mit einem kleineren Zimmer vorlieb nehmen müssen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker jnd ausreichend... leider war zu wenig Personal anwesend denn es hatte an Müslischüsseln, Gläsern für Kaffee usw. gefehlt.... Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich... Gerne hätten wir Massagen in Anspruch genommen wenn wir schon fast 300 km gefahren slnd... und findes es sehr unhöflich dass man uns vor Anreise nicht bescheid geben hat, das wegen Urlaub und Krankheit keine Massagen erfolgten, denn die sind bei einem Wellness Urlaub sehr wichtig... in so einem Haus muss immer genügend Personal vorhanden sein !!!! Das gat mich schon sehr geärgert...
