Nice hotel, nice staff and nearby the town centre

Very nice stay, cosy bedroom and 10 minutes walking to the town centre. The guy who was in charge was very nice to us, and helping us with all our questions and needs. 10 out of 10

A nice little hotel.

A very nice little hotel which was handy to everything but in a very quiet area only 10 mins from the airport and walkable to the beaches and shops. There is a nearby small shop, coffee shop and it’s close to an area with restaurants etc. the hotel does not have an outside space. Breakfast is additional and we did not avail of it as we preferred to go out for a later brunch. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Really good check in, the receptionist was very welcoming and gave top tips on where to eat dinner. Room comfortable although due to a guest experiencing some sort of issue during the night there was a lot of shouting, running along the corridor and doors banging from around 2am for about an hour. Unfortunately i did not get much sleep as a result. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, choosing ibatead to eat at the Deus Cafe down the road where they had a great choice of lovely food in a quirky place ... def worth a visit.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris la meilleure catégorie pour avoir un balcon et on nous a expliqué à notre arrivée que nous n’aurons pas cette chambre (sans aucun geste commercial). C’est très bruyant on entend tous des voisins et l’immeuble est mal isolé thermiquement. Les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité. Le café est facturé 3euros et des cafés instantanés et thés n’était pas disponibles tous les jours dans la chambre.

Hôtel bien refait, la décoration générale est agréable. L’emplacement est pas mal. Dans la chambre, forte odeur d’humidité et d’égout. La literie très désagréable et bruit de Clim à l’extérieur. Hôtel assez bruyant. Petite surprise avec un saut de poubelle devant notre chambre.

Un bon hôtel pour 1/2 jours mais...

Hôtel rénové (de bon goût !) situé à proximité du centre ville (7-10min à pied) et des grandes lignes de bus. Le service est professionnel mais peu disponible (16h00/20h00), en dehors de ces horaires, l'hôtel est accessible avec un code d'accès et le personnel par téléphone... Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Deux points sur mon expérience : l'isolation au bruit (j'étais côté rue et ça circule beaucoup) et le matelas est très mou.... Vraiment dommage !

Hôtel très accueillant à 10 mn à pied du centre-ville de Biarritz. Il est facile de ce garer dans la rue. bonne wifi. petite chambre et petite sdb joliment décorées. seul bémol le bruit causé par l'avenue.

Un personnel accueillant et avenant, une décoration agréable et moderne, une chambre très propre et soignée. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme mais à un quart d'heure à pied du centre et de la plage. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
