「Better cleanliness desired, staff needs better training. Hearth & soul missing in the team」

「I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. 「Nothing special about the property but definetly one of the better ones in the area」

「Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. 」
