"Very clean. location is great"

"We stayed in deluxe twin room. I heard the hotel recently opened after full remodel. The room was very small and hardly had any place to put the luggage. Bathroom is also very tiny. Facilities were wonderful but it was too small for 2. I think it’s fine for 1 person. Breakfast was superb though- nice spread of breakfast items and full Irish breakfast was lovely. I recommend buying breakfast. Location is perfect and you can walk to most of the sightseeing spots."

"The location was great - right between the two main train stations if you have day trips planned, and close to a lot of the sites you would want to see as well as guided tour pick ups. Being towards the end of the temple bar area, it wasn’t quite as noisy as you would expect, but I did still need some music and/or a podcast to drown out some of the evening street noise in order to fall asleep. Perhaps if you ask for a room in the middle of the building away from the two main streets, you could alleviate some of this. The staff was very nice, and it was convenient having a restaurant and bar on site. The Palace Bar next door is also a great spot to hang out. I would stay here again."

"Our room was good size, clean. Maybe the shower could have had a good bleaching . We had to ask for fans for our room as the AC wasn’t working and the windows were too high for us to open . Someone had to come with a ladder to open them. They had our room ready for an early check in at £25 We were very hungry and the breakfast buffet was about to close , I think they should have given us 50% off the price as we at the end and for example only one piece of toast was left The staff was excellent and I would stay there again"

"The location was ideal. This hotel is tucked away on a side street and a short walk to the action. We had an issue with the room,a weird configuration where it was slanted at one corner making it feel cramped. The hotel was responsive to our concerns and handled things in a very professional manner. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. "
