"Room had no hot water at the sink in the morning. Only one out of 2 working elevators. Lobby was under construction and dust was everywhere. Construction was not revealed at time of booking."

"Front desk person not there when we arrived to check in - waited 15 minutes. There was a person smoking outside the lobby and smoke would come into the lobby anytime someone would come in. Housekeeping walked into my room at 9:44am and again at 10:30am….check out is noon … Dont walk into someone’s room before they check out!! I waited 45 min for yogurt parfait that they said would be 15 min and then they were missing the almond butter that is supposed to come with it. Will not stay here again due to the poor service. The room itself was fine. "

"The room was better than I expected but there was a hand towel with what appeared to be feces on it tucked back in the cabinet behind the clean towels. There was also a tooth flosser left by the plates in the kitchen but everything else was clean. "

"I like staying there because it was quiet It was safe the staff was very nice and kind even though it was a dirty ass room It was a perfect escape from what I was dealing with and it was affordable at least"

"The AC keep not working everyday we stayed which was very annoying but other that which they come everytime to fix, stay was good"
