「【良い点】立地が良い割に価格が安い。旧家の雰囲気を味わえる。共用の屋上テラス（夜中のテラスから満天の星が眺められ、日中は眺めがよく洗濯物もすぐ乾く）や地価の共用キッチンをうまく活用すれば快適。Wifiが良くつながる。シャワーのお湯も問題なく出る。オーナーのお爺さんは気軽に話し易い。共用キッチンで他の宿泊客と友達になれる。チェックアウトが簡単。【課題】チェックインが難しい（近くの雑貨屋に夕方4時半以降行く必要がある）、ルームサービスは入らない（1回5ユーロ払えば可能）ので長期滞在すると大変（タオルは言えば無料で交換してもらえる）。冷房がなく夏は外気よりも室内が暑くて大変（打つ手はないので、猛暑の時期は考え物）。時々外扉が開いているので空き巣に注意（必ず部屋鍵をかけること。私は気を抜いて部屋鍵をかけずにいたら服を盗まれました）。」
