Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location in Bethel and close to Sunday River. The place was very clean, comfortable and had lots of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed using the hot tub. Would definitely rent it again.

Great Ski Getaway in Bethel
This was a wonderfully well equipped two bedroom apartment. Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. We loved walking to downtown Bethel for dinner and the hot tub was a great amenity. It's just a short 15 minute drive to Sunday River resort and has everything you could need for a great ski weekend!

Adorable apartment, great amenities!
We really enjoyed our stay at Spruce. The apartment was clean, the mattresses so comfortable (very helpful after a full day of snowboarding). The apartment lived up to the photos. The outdoor amenities (outdoor bar, fire pit, hot tub) were awesome. The location is only 15 min from Sunday River, but right in the town of Bethel.

Fabulous condo!
We loved our stay. Everything was immaculate. Location can’t be beat. Plenty of space. We had an issue figuring out the heat and the property manager was very responsive. My husband was able to figure it out but if not someone would’ve come to check it out. Would stay here again for sure!

Family Snow trip
The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and cozy. Had all the amenities that we were looking for. We were able to enjoy the hot tub in the snow after a long day at Sunday River. Was a quick drive to the ski resort. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the entire space was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance!!!

A Gem in Bethel
We travel to Bethel often to visit family. We have rented several places and this by far exceeded expectations. Great location - you can walk into town, or mountain bike nearby on the trails. The apartment is bright, clean and cozy. Kitchen is great and deck and outside seating area are awesome. We absolutely loved everything about this apartment and plan to rent it every time we come to Bethel! I highly recommend it!

Wow!
If this place were pizza, it would be a Supreme! New reno beautifully furnished, spic and span, high end appliances in the kitchen, well supplied and very comfortable. Lots of light from windows, sky lights, and inside lights, as well as stairwell. Full size washer and dryer appreciated. Loved the hot tub and bar area and our balcony with brand new gas grill. We hiked to waterfalls, visited the historical society museums of Bethel and gem museum--all impressive. The town library has room with books for sale for a fifty cents for vacationers and games and puzzles for children. Smokin' Good BBQ is a fun place, great food and huge portions. This rental has a full flight of stairs to the entrance if that's a concern, but we are in our 70's and it wasn't a problem. Would definitely return.
