"The staff members were very respectful, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Emmanuel. He went above and beyond by offering to go into town to purchase some items we needed for our kids. We truly appreciate his kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to assist. His excellent customer service made our experience even more special. Thank you, Emmanuel!"

"This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. "It’s in the community area so don’t expect luxury but it was decent for a wilderness experience that we came for. Our spiritual trip was a theme based on the exodus experience so this place was a god sent. Bed was decent, place was clean enough. And the yard and people were nice. They had a big fridge that fit all our fruits and drinks and pots and pans. The water was warm and they provided soap and toilet paper. What more could I asked for. We stayed 2 nights and it was in to the next one. We...
