Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery

Very disappointing experience. When I entered the room, the bed sheets weren’t even properly put on the bed, and the pillows were scattered around the room. The bathtub was also clogged, and the water wouldn’t drain at all. The overall condition of the room was terrible and clearly not well maintained. A hotel room should at least be clean, organized, and fully functional when a guest checks in. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected.

It has a great location. It is clean but the building itself is aging. I will definitely stay here again. Just don’t expect a five star atmosphere. Nice for girls trip and family weekends.

Had to change room on first night. First staff lady said she couldn't change room. Next staff, Andrew, was nice enough to change it to #304. Room (#111) smelled moldy, and had a portable, loud dehumidifier in room. Also, there was a nightly meeting in the room directly across from it. Front desk staff after that issue, was not friendly. Pool water was cloudy, not clean enough to use. Hot breakfast was the same every day. The kitchen attendant was very nice, and very good at her job.
