We stayed one night. Very convenient for train travel, right across the train station. Small but very well designed room. Very clean, hotel staff was very helpful. Lobby is stylish to entertain guests or for a cocktail. There is a taxi stand close by.

The hotel used to be much better 3-4 years ago. Staff are not helpful and some are rude. Also they don’t have the Aqcua di parma partnership they used to have.

"The lift did not work. It was unpleasant to carry the luggage 2 stairs up. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of cakes. There was no aircon but a fan. Good bathroom."
