Had a wonderful stay at the hotel definitely will always sleep at that hotel when I return to Spain

Everything was fine, but for a 4-star rating, there were a few things that could have been improved. When we checked in as two people, there was only one bottle of water in the room. Even though snacks are charged, there were no snacks available in the rooms if we needed them. We had to go out to get water. We also had to ask for a bottle of water from the front desk. On the positive side, Ansou was very friendly and professional when we checked in. He greeted us warmly and smiled. The lifeguard in the swimming pool was also very friendly and helpful.

good location. quiet. quick to the center, quick to the airport.

- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included. Only thing is that flushing may be complicated for people with physical disabilities as it was already difficult without any. It’s a button that you have to push harder than what would be expected. The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - 2 different metro stations near (15 mins on foot: Suanzes has a hill to climb up a little and Torre Arias is much more simple. There’s also different bus stations nearby (28 -> Puerta de Alcàla; 105 -> Airport (big luggages aren’t allowed on); 153 -> no clue). Main city is easily accesible within 30-40mins - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me :p

Great location. Staff were friendly, room was specious, lots of good options for breakfast. We loved our staying there when visiting Madrid.
