「 Our family was here for our son and now daughter in laws wedding. We loved the house - perfect location close to the wedding venue , other family homes, and restaurants . Gilbert is the consummate host , polite , great communication , every amenity you could think of provided , balloons and congrats signs, and so clean. The topper were the cotton tail rabbits and woodchuck in the backyard ! Thank you Gilbert for a fantastic stay.」

「Spacious, clean and comfortable home. Nice neighborhood near a nice park and trails . Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the pots and pans we needed for dinner and breakfast. Perfect space for us and our 3 adult boys. 」

「We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.」

「Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated.
