Very small bedrooms. Deficient and very late cleaning. Ok stay but could have been better. Positive note is the location, very convenient near Potsdam Central Station and Trams.

It’s a shame a hotel like Niu have such a poor customer service. I got ignored at the front desk because the two guys behind the counter had to finish a very important t conversation about a shirt and when I interrupted them, they looked very offended.

Das Hotel passt sich gut in die Stadtansicht ein. Gut gefiel, der Anreiz des Getränkes, wenn nicht täglich gereinigt werden soll. Weniger gut war die deutlich geringere Frühstücksauswahl an einem Wochentag im Gegensatz zum Wochenende/Feiertag.

Ein super schönes Hotel. Für die Größe ist das Parkplatzangebot und die Frühstücksplätze zu gering. Es war toll dort und wir kommen wieder

schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Bahnhof ist in direkter Nähe, Sanssouci fussläufig in einer knappen dreiviertel Stunde erreichbar. Gern wieder.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel, sehr sauber.... Einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen Frühstück ist in Ordnung, noch ein wenig ausbaufähig.... Man sollte mal über Rührei oder vielleicht ein wenig Schinken nachdenken. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. ! Super mit dem Parkhaus! Innenstadt und Hafen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.... Einfach Klasse!

Hervorragendes Hotel. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Großartiges Frühstück und Frühstücksservice. Fähigkeiten/Wissen und Garderobe des Empfangs und des Abend-Tresens sind aber deutlich ausbaubar.

Das Frühstück war von der Qualität nicht besonders gut. Lage des Hotels war optimal. Fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum, aber dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist der Zimmersafe so klein, dass man kein Tablet reinlegen kann.

The strret in front of the hotel is a construction site, the floors are smelly, the sound system on the rooms was broken and the breakfast buffet was well sorted. On the other hand the staff is nice the rooms are pretty new and the hotel is well placed, everything you need is in reach.

It was clean, basic, same as the other Niu I stayed in. I prefer this brand of hotel because I know what I'm getting, they have decent soundproofing and only room card holders can access the accommodation part which I really appreciate as a solo female traveller.

Diese Unterkunft sieht innen sehr modern aus und liegt in der nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Potsdam. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gewesen und sind nicht klein her von der Größe. Das Frühstückbuffet ist auch sehr gut gewesen. Man bekommt sogar ein Freigetränk, wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet (Papierschild an die Tür außen aufhängen). Zu dieser Unterkunft gibt es wirklich keinen Punkt zu meckern.

Ein sehr schönes, neues Hotel, so wie die modernen "jungen" Hotels nun alle sind. Eigentlich zentrale Lage 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom HBF Potsdam, aber derzeit wegen einer Großbaustelle nicht ganz so gut zu erreichen. Zimmer zweckmäßig und hübsch. Frühstück in Buffetform, man findet alles, was man braucht, ob das nun 16,50 Euro wert ist, muss man sich überlegen. Wenn der Preis stimmt, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Pro: sehr zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, der City, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten Flussläufig perfekt erreichbar. Grundsätzlich sehr neues Haus. Contra: Leider haben wir mit Hund kein ganz so tolles Zimmer bekommen. Der Tisch war verbogen, sodass die abgelegten Sachen teilweise runter gerutscht sind. Die Heizung im Wohnbereich war nicht regulierbar, sodass ich beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer gefroren habe. Beim Öffnen von Sicherheitstüren/-Fenstern der unteren Etage durch andere Gäste/Personal haben die Wände am Bett gewackelt. Eine Aussage dazu, ob der Hund mit zum Hotel-Frühstück könne, konnte uns an der Rezeption am Anreisetag nicht gemacht werden, trotz vorheriger Anmeldung, dass mit Hund gereist wird. Auch der Hinweis, dass es Probleme mit der Heizung gibt, wurde beim nicht wirklich ernst genommen oder gar notiert/vermerkt für den Haustechniker.
