非常に清潔で快適なホテルでした。 またハンガーが10本以上あったり、ボックスティッシュがあったりと備品も充実していました。 徒歩10分以内に違う路線で3駅あるので移動も便利です。周辺にはスーパーやレストラン等もありますが、夜は静かでした。 ベルリンフィルハーモニーのチケットのプリントアウトを忘れてしまったのですが、フロントでお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。 機会があればまた 利用したいです。

特にバスルームとかおしゃれなお部屋だったのですがとても清潔できれいなのが良かったです。ちゃんと清掃してくれてるのだなと思いました。あと、ホテルで呼んでもらったタクシーの方がとても親切な方で本当に助かりました。お礼を言いたいです。

中央駅にも近く、ハケッシャヘーフェなどのエリアにも近く、とても便利。 ホテルの横にもおしゃれなレストランがいくつかあり、遅くまで賑わっていましたが、うるさいということはありません。 ホテル自体もスタイリッシュで快適。

ちょっと隠しておきたい良いホテルです
ホテルの近くは安くておいしい（すばらしい）プチレストランが一杯あります。地下鉄の駅からもトラムの駅から３～４分歩きますがたぶん苦にならないと思います。お勧めです！

規模は小さいですが、お勧め！
大きなホテルではありませんが、立地も観光地に近く、お部屋もとても綺麗でした。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、丁寧な対応をしてくださり、感謝しています。

The room was a delightful surprise--spacious, beautifully decorated in neutral tones and textured fabrics and decor, with a large bathroom and shower with rain shower and hand held fixtures. It's clear the hotel pays attention to detail. Little touches like an onyx box holding toiletries, modern reading sconces next to the bed, rattan accessories added to our experience. Everything is modern and minimalistic but warm and inviting. We ate breakfast at the hotel once and it was excellent--eggs, cereals, juices, all served beautifully. The only downside was that the mattress was hard and the pillows not fluffy. I hope the hotel will consider investing in better quality mattresses and pillows, since sleep is one of the room's key purposes. Otherwise, this was a lovely boutique hotel, a short walk to the quaint but quiet historic area of Spandauer Vorstadt with its cafes, shops and galleries.

This is lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, it doesn't even have a sign to say it's a hotel, so fits in well in a quiet residential street. Very comfortable, well appointed and clean room. Staff are all lovely and helpful, excellent transport links nearby. The hotel is in a historical and vibrant area, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It's a great place to stay to explore Mitte and Berlin as a whole, will definitely return.

Schön dass es solche Hotels noch gibt!
Schön dass es solche Hotels noch gibt, sehr zentral in Berlin, Inhaber geführt, sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber, gutes Frühstück, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus gibt es etwas wenig aber wir haben einen bekommen und uns sehr sicher gefühlt.

The staff was so friendly at this hotel! They really did go above and beyond. Though we did elect breakfast at the time of booking it was very easy to opt in on days when we were running late and it was a very good deal for the price. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and nice. Good and quiet area too not too far from some great bars and restaurants. I would certainly stay there again!

This was a fantastic hotel. It was not expensive and was vastly better than other hotels on our trip. Rooms were very clean. Staff was fantastic Breakfast was exceptional.

Our hotel room was easily the best-designed and -equipped room that we enjoyed in our three weeks in Belgium, Holland, and Berlin. It included a smart TV, a high-end king-size bed and bathroom fixtures, air conditioning, a Nespresso coffee maker, a refrigerator, and cups and glassware allowing us to prepare in-room breakfasts and late-afternoon wine and cheese plates at a fraction of the cost available outside the hotel. A fine market open six days per week until 10 p.m. is located directly across Torstrasse from the hotel, and there are excellent cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Mitte is now the center of Berlin, and there are tram and subway stops, and a rail station, within three blocks of the hotel. We nevertheless walked the ten blocks from the hotel to the Staatsoper and Museum District. The management of the hotel is super-cooperative and helpful. There are no negatives.

Clean, appealing rooms; wonderfully nice staff (and they speak English, which was helpful for us coming from the US); quiet location but just off a pleasantly active street with lots of restaurants and cafe’s. We didn’t have the breakfast but it was enticinng.

We had a wonderful stay. The team we so friendly and helpful. Location perfect for sightseeing, Christmas markets and local transport links. We understand the hotel is due to be refurbished soon-this will make even more amazing.

Great stay for touring Berlin
Large comfortable room; coffee machine and a mini bar. It’s in a good location. Five to seven minutes to public transport. Right in Mitte so the main attractions are close, walkable even. Breakfast buffet is a notch above the usual with very attentive service

Comfortable Stay
Lovely hotel with a bit of a retro feel. The bed was really comfy. Bathroom was stunning with a walk in shower. A few little things on arrival like a flickering light bulb, a locked safe and an automatic sink plug that wouldn’t drain. We had a quick response on all these things. Sink plug was prised up but remained unusable. We loved Berlin and this hotel was ideally placed with many restaurants on our doorstep. We would recommend the Salamat Lebanese just around the corner.

great hotel for the Berlin Marathon
Located at mile 8 of the Berlin Marathon. The staff was amazing and so nice. Great room that was clean with a comfy bed. Quiet room. With the windows closed we didn't hear any street noise. Easy to walk to the start line and any subway stops. Would stay here again. Oh and I forgot my water bottle when we checked out and the front desk guy ran a block to give it back to me. So nice!

Wonderful hotel with helpful staff. Great bed! The breakfast was very good and the soundtrack that plays is wonderful- I miss it. Quick walk to transportation. Fantastic Chinese fusion restaurant- Toca Rouge.

No real complaints at all.
Had a double room out front, 302, and it was quite outstanding, roomy, comfortable, big bath, well designed, stylish, A/C, breakfast was excellent and the staff was really five star all the way. Great location in Mitte, dining and art around every corner. Bit of street noise on Friday night out front, but that is to be expected in a big city. I was happy with my choice.
