Prestige Hotel Budapest
I stayed in this hotel from June 25th to 28th. 2025.
I wanted to book a tour of Parliament. My Travel guidebook says that the tour is so popular so booking on the internet is a must.
So I asked a female staff member at the reception, but she replied she could not book at night. Don't you think it is ridiculous she could not book because it was night？
I told her yes we coud book at night because it was on the internet.
She insisted she could not because it was night and told me to come the next morning.
Later I asked a male staff member next to her. Of course he could make a reservation for me at the night, though it took him more than ten minutes.
Thanks to him, I enjoyed the tour of the Parliament.
Her attitude damaged the reputation of your hotel.
Hope your all staff are the people who have a mind to help your guest

混雑がなければ快適
チェックイン時とチェックアウト時の混雑状況は、割り込みなど何でもありでカオスでした。レストランは混雑しているものの広いので席は大丈夫でしたが、サービスは良くなかったです。部屋は広く快適です。
