The room smelled like cigarettes. The buffet options were appalling. Staying under a bridge would have been more conducive compared to this. I wish I never booked here.

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

8.6/10 Excellent! (557 reviews)
We had a wonderful two night stay as a family. It was the perfect location just outside the city, which was accessible via the RER A line about a 3 minute walk from the property. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Check in experience was very smooth and there was underground parking. A free water bottle filling station was provided as well which was an added bonus. The apartment was also stocked with tea and instant coffee. Excellent experience. Highly recommended for a stay in Paris for families.

No water or anything in room free or for purchase. Arrived late nothing in the room but empty refrigerator, tea and a one shot of coffee I think.
But overall good.

9/10 Wonderful! (283 reviews)
"Staff were friendly and kindly let us use the swimming pool before we checked in. The outside space was great for the children and there was plenty to do. Unfortunately the capucine room we stayed in was not the best. It felt like the bathroom floor was going to give way at any moment. The shower ..."
