Hi, Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. For guests who cannot speak English or Norwegian well, we show them how to get in hotel rooms and how to go in / out after closing times. Unfortunately, we do not have breakfast, this information is provided to all booking channels, so our guests know about it before they book a room with us. All receptionists have the knowledge to speak English, some of us can speak other language as well. Kettle can be borrowed via reception, if anyone wants to store food in the refrigerator then we can have it in reception. There is free Coffee and Tea for all our guests. Guests will then have to come down to reception, but this does not apply to all rooms, some of our Junior Suites and Superior rooms have coffee makers inside the rooms.
