"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking. "The place was clean and felt very cosy. It was clearly newly refurbished and was clean. The beds were not too great though. In one of the bedrooms the wooden boards under the mattress were loose and had to put back in place. That is when it became clear they had better all be replaced. The sheets were made of synthetic fibers instead of cotton. And the place is above a fish shop. The owners have done all they can to repel the smell, but there is no escaping it when you enter. "We stayed at Le Laurencin for three weeks and we had family who joined us for two of those weeks. Each couple had their own apartment, and it couldn’t have been nicer. The apartments are clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The location can’t be beat - very close to a grocery store, restaurants and cafes and shops. It was perfect for our visit. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and showers were great. Would definitely recommend Le Laurencin!"

"Très beau Campanile bien rénové et très bien équipé (piscine, resto…). Grand parking. Zone calme et proche des grands axes routiers. Grande chambre propre et bien équipée. Seul défaut je dirais c’est qu’il y avait beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain, ça pourrait être enlevé. Mais tout était propre sinon. Petit dej très complet !"

"So, I had to book this as it was so cheap and everything else was 4 times as much. I did not gave high expectations as in fairness it was excellent value. However, I had difficulty getting in my room due to the door code not working. The showers has no towels and the toilets had no seat. The rooms were hot and so I opened the window and the noise then came through from voices outside and motorbikes. In the end I slept. Which is what mattered as I had been cycling all day. By the way the breakfast option really is not worth it. Best find somewhere else to have breakfast. The only occasion that I would rebook in this type of hotel is if there was no where else to sleep at all. Better than a park bench"
