Really friendly staff, breakfast prepared for a time you choose, nice restaurant and bar next door, comfortable beds and aircon, bit of a walk from the main castle area and old town but very easy parking

We choose this property due to its convenient location to the bus station. Buses into the Old Town run regularly. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, staff were friendly and included breakfast was nice.

Very nice hotel with friendly owners The hotel has space and nice rooms and offers a fantastic breakfast. Ample parking space is available. It is not very close to the center of Berat, but it is easy to get there and back by taxi.

Great Authentic Albanian Experience

A wonderfully authentic Albanian stay. The hotel is very comfortable, breakfasts are GREAT. Hosts are rightly proud of their establishment and bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The family-owned restaurant adjacent to the hotel serves the most delicious dinners, I would highly recommend Hotel Kaceli

While traveling in Albania I have met the most wonderful people. Hotel Kaceli was no different. I found a friendly family atmosphere right from the beginning. I felt spoiled by their kind service and attention to detail. The many family-made products at the huge breakfast only added to the charm and to my enjoyment. Hotel Kaceli served as a wonderful home base to explore the charming town of Berat. I highly recommend it.

It is a very clean otel and owners are very nice. Since rooms seems authentic I picked this place and I am very impressed. This place suits the Berat’s overall atmosphere. Our room had a balcony, it was good. Breakfast was fantastic. Homemade jams and yogurt were delicious. Come and see.

Absolutely gorgeous building. It is very well maintained in original decor. We couldnt get over how stunning the place was. Was a couple minutes drive to the restaurants but worth it for us. Very quite location and comfy beda. Our family room was huge and very clean. Lots to choose from for breakfast and very nice family who runs it. Wouls absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful family run hotel. Spotlessly clean. 2km out of city which is great as there is no problem to find parking. Best breakfast we had in Albania. All jams and milk products and cheeses home made!

Great value hotel in berat

We spent the day/ night in Berat and this hotel is ideally located on the main road and just a short drive to the castle and the boulevard. Berat is a lovely town with lots of history. The hosts of this hotel were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and lots to eat. The hotel stay was very good value, we actually thought we should have paid more! If we come back to Berat, we woukd stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Berat

Wonderful and welcoming stay in Berat! The hosts were very kind, the room clean and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay during our road trip since they have a big, free parking lot for our rental car. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent hotel

It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious! The room was big with AC. Next door they had a very yummy restaurant which was open every day.
