The resort feels very work in progress. It was a comfortable stay but as a resort in the wild, there were ants and bugs that could get into the room.

Nice place to stay . Breakfast is only ok. The staff is attentive .

I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed.

Great place to stay. Downstairs has restaurants and shopping center. The breakfast and lunch buffet is very good with many options.
