Lovely city centre hotel. Room was cosy but comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
Very central - easy access to public transport.
Staff were very helpful - giving us ideas of places to visit including Killesberg park and the Jazz Open events.
Excellent buffet breakfast too.

Your front office staff were not helpful and Infact rude when asked for a request
More ice as the bar was closed, laundry facility use
Questioned why I must use in two days? Traveling 12 days wanted to wash some clothes didn’t feel I should have to explain anything to her NIHEL
Horrible.
Staff in dinning area for break Mikaela, Christian and max in the bar went above and beyond to help in anyway.
Hotel was nice but felt unless there for a conference
