When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. There are two dining tables to include your whole crew in the awesome take out or the delicious meal created in our fully stocked kitchen.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms all located on the second floor:
(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, Smart TV, an attached bathroom, a desk space, and a private balcony with seating.
(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Third bedroom - 2 XL Twin beds, and a nearby bathroom.

Spend time outside on the private balcony with city views or by utilizing the community grill, outdoor dining space, and fire pit just steps away from the garage.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Neighborhood:
Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.

Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to enjoy all the amenities that downtown Bentonville has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
★ The grill and outdoor dining area are shared community spaces for all the townhouses.
★ Not pet-friendly.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
