It comprises a 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms (one with shower), a bathroom (with bath) and a 1,600 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 4: bunk bed (sleeps 2) and cot

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A lovely, private, enclosed garden of 1,600 m², not overlooked and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot in front of the house (1 vehicle) or on the residence grounds (up to 3 vehicles).
