Villa Rustica is located in small place Smilčić. Smilčić, one of the villages in Ravni Kotari, located 11 kilometers northwest of Benkovac and 20 kilometers east of Zadar, is an ideal vacation spot that offers countless possibilities. Except for the vicinity of bigger cities, the speciality of this place is also vicinity of natural heritage of Croatia, such as National Park Kornati Islands, National Park Krka, Plitvice Lakes or Park of Nature Telašćica. This place is ideal if You want quiet vacation, but also want to be near the city bustle.



The heart of the villa Rustica lies on the outside. In front of the villa there is a big pool with sun beds around it, which You can enjoy in total privacy since the property of the villa is fully fenced. Next to the pool there is a covered dining area with summer kithcen, where gastronomy enthusiasts will spend the most of their vacation, preparing delicious meal for whole family to gather around. The whole property is decorated in a rustic style with stone walls, which is where the name of the villa came from. Interior consists of a living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one toilet. With 3 double beds, an extendable sofa and signle bed, Villa Rustica can accommodate maximum 8 persons. Each bedroom is reached from the outside.
