  • This charming and extremely comfortable holiday home is located in the hinterland of the attractive town of Biograd in the village of Liane Tinjske. The fully fenced garden with lush Mediterranean plants and plenty to do for children, an outdoor pool with a view of the beautiful landscape and a covered outdoor terrace with WC, as well as a barbecue area with garden furniture are just some of the reasons why you can enjoy a pleasant and carefree holiday here in unspoilt nature.

    About 10 kilometres away is the town of Biograd, known for its famous sandy beaches (for a fee) and a theme park for children and adults. Numerous events and concerts in summer as well as many sports and entertainment activities complete the holiday offer. Be sure to visit the picturesque town of Zadar and the Kornati or Krka National Park, true pearls of nature with unique values and natural beauties that will take your breath away.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und abgelegen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und abgelegen. Der Pool ist groß und man kann wunderbar unter dem Vordach sitzen. Für 6 Personen ist es nach unserer Meinung nicht geeignet, weil das Bad eher die Größe eines Gäste -WC hat. Für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Stühle in der Küche müßten etwas nachgeschraubt und die Duschkabine, sowie die Pooldusche erneuert werden.Wir können das Haus trotzdem weiterempfehlen und haben selber schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.Zu erwähnen wären noch die Fliegengitterrollos, die an jedem Fenster angebracht sind. Der Backofen sieht neu und sauber aus und eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr.

Ok mit Abweichungen gegenüber der Beschreibung

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben ruhig und abgelegen gelegen. Der umgebende Ort wirkt erschreckend runtergekommen und tot. Im Haus war alles sauber und auch wie beschrieben (einzig das mega kleine Bad war noch winziger als auf den Fotos zu erkennen). Leider entsprach der Garten bzw. dessen Ausstattung nicht der Beschreibung bzw. den Abbildungen. Ein leerer Olivenhain enttäuschte die Kinder sehr, die Sandkiste eher mit Steinen als Sand gefüllt, die Schaukeln mit abgeplatzter Beschichtung, keinerlei Spielausstattung. Die Vermieter sorgten für etwas Abhilfe durch Aufschüttung von etwas Buddelsand und Aufstellung kleiner Fußballtore und brachten ein neues Badmintonspiel. War dennoch eher enttäuschend.
