Comfortable, quiet with stunning views

I have family friends who stay for a lot of the winter in Benidorm in the front at Levante Beach so I travelled alone and stayed in this lovely apartment and then met up with my friends - there was a slight issue with access to the key box so if you stay here and arrive at the weekend, insist on an email clearly giving your access codes. However, the telephone numbers are at the entrance to the gate to the property and I was able to call the second one to seek advice. It was sorted out as was an issue with the toaster - Ivan brought another toaster within 20 minutes. Aside from this, the apartment is very well kitted out with a good sized balcony, full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a clothes drying rack, iron and board, bath and shower and a good supply of hot water. It is clean with comfortable beds. Whilst in the winter it only gets around 2 hours of direct sunshine, the view is stunning of the bay and the mountains in the background. The sunsets are wonderful and you are already a part of the way up on the walk to the cross in a northerly direction from Benidorm. In warmer times, there is a good pool with lift down to it. I would very much recommend this apartment if you like a quieter spot away from the noise of the pubs, etc and don't mind not having morning sun. Also, it is up a hill but not too far - there is a handy supermarket a short distance away. There are UK tv channels including BBC1 and ITV plus Film 4.

Bit out of the way, but not a bad thing. Very clean. Strange checking in, as you do not meet anyone, but are given a code to unlock your keys.

Man skal huske at ringe i forvejen og aftale omkring nøgleudlevering, da der ikke er en reception. Men ellers en dejlig lejlighed med alt, hvad der er behov for. Skøn udsigt over bugten. Tæt på byliv, strand, vand og gode restauranter.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

Our apartment on the 2nd floor was fantastic, spotlessly clean with everything we would need plus extras like hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Cot also provided at no extra cost. The building is also well kept and very secure and quiet. Beds were really comfy with good mattresses, even the travel cot had a proper thick mattress and bedding too. Plenty of bath towels and a few basic essentials like toilet roll, black bags, tea towels etc. The balcony was amazing and very safe for a toddler as no railings to climb. Building is up quite a hill just after the Lido hotel and there is also a small shop half way up the hill. Check-in was easy once we worked out that the check-in phone number wasn’t engaged but was actually the European dial tone (so don’t hang up!). The number is on a sign next to the intercom buttons at the front gate. The building manager speaks English and quickly talked us through getting into the building to collect our keys. He was always happy to help us when we rang him asking for WiFi codes and how to get down to the swimming pool (via the car park on level -4, you’ll need your set of keys for the locked door to the right through the car park). Also happy to provide lockers for our luggage as we had a late flight. Would highly recommend staying here so long as you can manage the hill. Note: Some apartments are managed separately by the Fincas agency who have an office along the beach front, quite a walk if you have to collect keys first!

only problem was check in. no reception so had to wait 3 hours with cases to get key to apartment. However the apartment was excellent. fully fitted kitchen including wash machine and dish washer. pool was quiet so great to sun bathe

Great apartments, fantastic views

Very clean, great facilities and family friendly. Pool fantastic but sometimes a bit difficult to get a sun lounger as some people reserved all day and turned up hours later.

Wonderful place to stay.

What a fabulous apartment block. We were on floor 7 in two apartments next door to each other with our daughter and her family including a 3 year old. Everything was perfect. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, dish cloths, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Brilliant holiday and we are going to book again for three weeks in Winter. Ivan, who met us, was excellent, charming and efficient. Thank you so much.

Fantastic views, spotless, Superb

Went to visit family, the apartment was clean, modern and spacious with stunning views across levante beach. On arrival we had to call a number to have the keys delivered to us, within 5 minutes a very friendly and helpful guy came who showed us how everything worked and which key did what, the balcony had the most stunning views across the bay, and was a delight to sit out in the morning having a coffee and watch Benidorm come to life. The apartment was well equipped with a fantastic kitchen with oven extractor, dishwasher, washer, fridge freezer and had the most lovely meal. Living room with dinning room large sofa open plan opening up to the spacious balcony. Great size bedroom with plenty of storage with two single beds, lovely bathroom with over shower bath toilet and bidet. Two pools one small one for kids and big size pool again looking over the bay, communal areas and reception are again lovely modern and spotless and well kept pool area and gardens. Absolutely spotlessly clean and could not recommend high enough! Could have easily never left

The beds where hard unfortunately. The hotel is on a small hill but it is manageable. Very little car traffic and the view great.

Fin leilighet med flott utsikt, men ingen i resepsjonen hverken ved ankomst eller avreise trekker ned. Vi ble møt av stengt port og ingen beskjed om hvor vi kunne hente nøkkel. Gratis Wi fi fungerte svært dårlig, vi bestilte derfor betal wi-fi noe vi aldri fikk.

Nice but beds hard

Bit of a hill climb to LOCATION. Use back gate once checked in to get in and out. Easier. Beds were pretty hard. Slept on sofa bed.

Stunning views and fab flat.

Absolutely lovely apartment with amazing views. The hill towards it is steep so if you have mobility issues, I suggest you lease a scooter nearby which will transport you up the hill. Secure underground parking for a surcharge. Also pay attention to check in and check out times. I would highly recommend this apartment.
