"I stayed Royal Club for 4 nights. I joined cocktail time at club lounge every evening. Alcohol selection is good , especially wine is fine. I like Falak made by Grover Zampa. Gaurav who is butler serve me and his hospitality is excellent. Once he recognized I like wine, he kindly taught me about indian wine."

" • Check-in and check-out took far too long. • At check-in I was told only a smoking room was available, even though I had clearly requested a non-smoking room in the remarks; although a non-smoking room was eventually arranged, this situation should not have occurred. • I had reserved a king bed, but received a twin room instead. • The bottled water had black debris around the threads under the cap when opened, which was unhygienic and very unpleasant. • On the positive side, all the staff were friendly and pleasant."
